Exceptional

Great place to stay in Da Nang. Room was huge and exceeded expectations. The staff was very helpful all the time. There is also a nice size pool at the terrace which was a great addition to an overall great hotel.

Very Good

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me book tours directly from their lobby. They charge a little extra for this service but i would say it is worth it. You can find cheaper tours in the city centre I'm sure. The hotel was clean, very comfortable and I had a great stay overall.

The location. Was too far to walk to the centre of town. Also the beach access path from the hotel at night is extremely dark, there's no lights and you have to walk extra to get to the part of the beach from where you can access it easily at night. Everything else about the property was great, just that the location wasn't ideal for me.

Wonderful

The facilities, clean, and good value for money.

The restaurant was closed, the minibar was empty, and the staff were not warm at all, especially the night staff. Really lacking hospitality, but otherwise amazing.

The property is very nice, clean and modern. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. Staff were very nice and sorted laundry and money exchange.

The location was close to beach however for us it was very commercial with massive hotels etc. might be some people

Would definitely go back.

I still can’t forget that bed. One of the best mattresses after 20 days in Vietnam. Pool area is little but enough for a swim!

In the bathroom, there is a bit of mold and oxide by the shower area. As well, the floor in our room was missing parts of the wood panels. Probably not all rooms are like this one.

Nice clean hotel, rooftop pool was nice and good view.

Location was good in respect to being just down the road from the beach but it is quite far from the main food and bars, but is fair when considering the price.

Superb place, and super friendly staff

The rooms were marvellous, They were clean and cozy. The property is super close to the beach and yet affordable, making it a super great deal to book a stay here. Do not miss the swimming pool for a great view of the sea. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They also helped us book tickets online for the BaNa Hills. Although we had checked out, but we still had some spots to cover. they took care of our luggage meanwhile. They helped us in renting a motorbike as well. Shout out to the very helpful staff Rose, Nhu and Khai. Also the thanks to the Chef Thanh, the scrambled eggs in the morning was awesome.

I never ever have been the hotel great like this. The staff was friendly, cuties; the location is very near the beach, just 5 minutes to get there; also they have local food for the breakfast.The best place for who want to tralve in Danang. Love you Haka's staff alot.

Nice rooftop pool and only two minutes from beach

We enjoyed our stay at Haka hotel. In particular, we liked the rooftop pool and that the hotel was only 2 minutes walk to Da Nang beach. The inclusive breakfast had a range of local and western options and was buffet style. The hotel arranged a transfer to the airport very early in the morning and, when departing for it, we found that the staff had specially prepared a breakfast for us. We were impressed by all the staff, especially the male staff member on reception who was particularly kind and helpful.
